Evangelium Matt 5:13-19
In illo témpore: Dixit Iesus discípulis suis: Vos estis sal terræ. Quod si sal evanúerit, in quo saliétur? Ad níhilum valet ultra, nisi ut mittátur foras, et conculcétur ab homínibus. Vos estis lux mundi. Non potest cívitas abscóndi supra montem pósita. Neque accéndunt lucérnam, et ponunt eam sub módio, sed super candelábrum, ut lúceat ómnibus qui in domo sunt. Sic lúceat lux vestra coram homínibus, ut vídeant ópera vestra bona, et gloríficent Patrem vestrum, qui in cœlis est. Nolíte putáre, quóniam veni sólvere legem aut prophétas: non veni sólvere, sed adimplére. Amen, quippe dico vobis, donec tránseat cœlum et terra, iota unum aut unus apex non præteríbit a lege, donec ómnia fiant. Gospel Matt 5:13-19
In that time Jesus said to His disciples: You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt lose its savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is good for nothing any more but to be cast out, and to be trodden on by men. You are the light of the world. A city seated on a mountain cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel, but upon a candlestick, that it may shine to all that are in the house. So let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Do not think that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets. I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For amen I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot, or one tittle shall not pass of the law, till all be fulfilled. He therefore that shall break one of these least commandments, and shall so teach men, shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven. But he that shall do and teach, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Caríssime: Testíficor coram Deo, et Iesu Christo, qui iudicatúrus est vivos et mórtuos, per advéntum ipsíus et regnum eius: prǽdica verbum, insta opportúne, importune: árgue, óbsecra, íncrepa in omni patiéntia, et doctrína. Erit enim tempus, cum sanam doctrínam non sustinébunt, sed ad sua desidéria, coacervábunt sibi magistros, pruriéntes áuribus, et a veritáte quidem audítum avértent, ad fábulas autem converténtur.

Questa settimana e’ dedicata alla SS. Trinita’.
Oggi ricordiamo S. Alberto Magno (Alberto Magno di Bollstädt, O.P., detto Doctor Universalis) conosciuto anche come Alberto il Grande o Alberto di Colonia (Lauingen, 1193-1205-1206 – Colonia, 15 novembre 1280), è stato un vescovo cattolico, scrittore e filosofo tedesco appartenente all’ordine domenicano.
Fu maestro di S. Tommaso D’Aquino.
Fu brevemente vescovo di Ratisbona, ma poi si rese conto di essere destinato allo studio teologico. È considerato infatti il più grande filosofo e teologo tedesco del medioevo sia per la sua grande erudizione che per il suo impegno nel tenere distinto l’ambito filosofico da quello teologico.
Al giorno d’oggi viviamo un tempo di falsi maestri, in cui la chiesa ha deragliato dalla sana dottrina e dalla vera teologia. Non si tratta di dover sviluppare una nuova teologia, ma di tornare al Depositum Fidei esaltato da S. Alberto Magno e S. Tommaso D’Aquino, abbandonando le filosofie fallaci e anticristiche.
Dobbiamo ascoltare le buone catechesi, ma soprattutto dobbiamo ascoltare lo Spirito Santo. Abbiamo il dovere di trasmettere alla nuove generazioni la vera fede, ascoltando e diffondendo la parola di Dio.
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

This week is dedicated to the SS. Trinity’ and today we remember St. Albert the Great (Albert the Great of Bollstädt, OP, called Doctor Universalis) also known as Albert the Great or Albert of Cologne (Lauingen, 1193-1205-1206 – Cologne, November 15, 1280), was a Catholic bishop, German writer and philosopher belonging to the Dominican order.
He was the teacher of St. Thomas Aquinas.
He was briefly bishop of Regensburg, but [soon] he realized to be destined for theological study.
In fact, he is considered the greatest German philosopher and theologian of the Middle Ages both for his great erudition and for his commitment to keeping the philosophical sphere distinct from the theological one.
Today we live in a time of false teachers, where the church has derailed from sound doctrine and true theology.
It is not a question of having to develop a new theology, but of returning to the Depositum Fidei exalted by St. Albert the Great and St. Thomas Aquinas, abandoning the fallacious and anti-Christian philosophies.
We must listen to good catechesis, but above all we must listen to the Holy Spirit.
We have the duty to pass on the true faith to the new generations, by listening to and spreading the word of God.
