EVANGELIUM E OMELIA\GOSPEL AND HOMILY:

Evangelium  Luc 21:25-33.

Gospel  Luke 21:25-33
At that time, Jesus said to His disciples: There will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and upon the earth distress of nations bewildered by the roaring of sea and waves; men fainting for fear and for expectation of the things that are coming on the world; for the powers of heaven will be shaken. And then they will see the son of Man coming upon a cloud with great power and majesty. but when these things begin to come to pass, look up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is at hand. And He spoke to them a parable. Behold the fig tree, and all the trees. When they now put forth their buds, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see these things coming to pass, know that the kingdom of God is near. Amen I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all things have been accomplished. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.

DALL’OMELIA DI (FROM THE HOMILY BY) DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA – LUNEDI 29 NOVEMBRE, S.MESSA ORE 8.00

DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (*)

Evangelium  Luc 21:25-33.

Maria ne sta costodendo i germi.

Potremo uscire in pieno giorno!

FROM THE HOMILY BY DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**)

Gospel  Luke 21:25-33
And then they will see the son of Man coming upon a cloud with great power and majesty.

We have begun the propitious time of advent. We want to arrive at the feast of the Immaculate Conception with our minds turned to her, purifying our mind and our heart.

The sun of Jesus Christ is about to rise. He will come to bring the new world and the new humanity. Maria is costing the germs. The world that belongs to the night will disappear.

But there are within us the germs of new life. Let’s throw away the works of darkness (sins, attachments, habits) that will no longer exist tomorrow.

We can go out in broad daylight!

Mary helps us to cultivate hope, the hope of living in perspective of what is being born!

Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
