Evangelium Luc 3:1-6

Gospel Luke 3:1-6
Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, when Pontius Pilate was procurator of Judea, and Herod tetrarch of Galilee, and Philip his brother tetrarch of the district of Abilene, during the high priesthood of Annas and Caiphas, the word of God came to John, the son of Zachary, in the desert. And he went into all the region about the Jordan, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins, as it is written in the book of the words of Isaias the prophet. The voice of one crying in the desert, ‘Make ready the way of the Lord, make straight His paths. Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low, and the crooked ways shall be made straight, and the rough ways smooth; and all mankind shall see the salvation of God.’

DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (*)
Ci troviamo ad una settimana dal Santo Natale. Il tempo e’ breve dobbiamo recuperare il tempo perduto. Siamo nelle Quattuor Tempora.
Dobbiamo occupare bene il tempo restante.
«Voce di colui che grida nel deserto: preparate la via del Signore, raddrizzate i suoi sentieri. Ogni valle sarà colmata, ogni monte, ogni colle sarà abbassato; le vie tortuose diventeranno diritte, le vie scabrose diventeranno piane; e ogni uomo vedrà la salvezza di Dio».
Occorre mantenere nel nostro cuore, la pace, la fede e l’amore. La nostra preghiera non potra’ essere efficace se non prevale la fede e la fiducia nel Signore. Per poterlo incontrare nel giorno del Natale.
La seconda lettura parla del futuro, la seconda venuta del Signore. Ma prima verra’ l’apostasia. Moltissimi fedeli hanno negli ultimi tempi abbandonato la preghiera e la fede stessa. Ma piu’ grave e’ il fatto che la gerrarchia ecclesiastica lo abbia fatto. Deve venire pero ora l’anticristo, che sta’ per manifestarsi. C’e’ qualcosa che lo trattiene, anche se non e’ dato a noi di sapere cosa possa essere. Possiamo pero’ supporre che, a trattenerlo, siano forse le nostre preghiere o, piu’ probabilmente, la sopravvivenza in vita del vero papa PPBXVI (NDR, alcuni segni li abbiamo gia’ visti).
Ma quello che e’ certo e’ che costituira’ l’antichiesa, la nuova falsa chiesa apostatica. Ma appena questo evento sara’ compiuto (alcuni cambiamenti sono gia’ avvenuti e gia’ la persecuzione dei veri cristiani e’ cominciata!) sara’ anche la sua fine. Perche Gesu’, il Messia Trionfante, giungera’ per distruggerlo!
Affidiamoci quindi con fiducia, nell’attesa del Signore Gesu’, al Cuore Immacolato di Maria!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

We are one week before Christmas. Time is short we must make up for lost time. We are in the Quattuor Tempora. We must occupy the remaining time well.
«Voice of him crying in the desert: prepare the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. Every valley will be filled, every mountain, every hill will be lowered; the winding streets will become straight, the rough streets will become flat; and every man will see the salvation of God ».
We need to keep peace, faith and love in our hearts. Our prayer cannot be effective if faith and trust in the Lord does not prevail. To be able to meet him on Christmas day.
The second reading speaks of the future, the second coming of the Lord. But apostasy will come first.
Many faithful have recently abandoned prayer and the faith itself. But more serious is the fact that the ecclesiastical gerrarchy did it. But now the antichrist must come, and he is about to manifest himself.
There is something that holds him back, even if it is not given to us to know what it may be. We can, however, assume that, perhaps, it is our prayers or, more likely, the survival of the true Pope PPBXVI that is holding him back (NDR, we have already seen some signs)
But what is certain is that he will than constitute the new false and apostatic church.
But as soon as that happens (some of the changes have already occurred and the persecution of true chistians has already started), it will also be its end. Because Jesus, the Triumphant Messiah, will come to destroy him!
Let us therefore entrust ourselves with confidence, in expectation of the Lord Jesus, to the Immaculate Heart of Mary!
